It is a wine obtained from Nero d'Avola grapes harvested in the last ten days of August; It has a purple red color with purple reflections, not too high and easy to drink with aromatic notes typical of Nero d'Avola: red, purple, marasca cherry; the palate has an extraordinary roundness, soft and smooth. The presence of tannins guarantees the absence of harshness so that it can be combined with both red meats and seasoned cheeses.
Suite white
wine This wine is obtained from Catarratto grapes, comings from vineyards of 15 years and bred in counter-espalier system, collected in the last ten days of September. The wine has a yellow color, with soft greenish reflections, among the aromatic notes are vanilla, exotic fruit and citrus fruits. The acidity and sapidity typical of the Cataratto grapes are balanced and with a soft and cool taste. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10 degrees. Ideal for aperitifs, seafood and fish dishes.
